Owner/Operator

I’m Elijah, owner/operator of Express Carpet Repairs. I learned the trade from my dad, who learned it from his dad—so I’ve been around carpets my whole life. I was even getting dragged along to jobs as a toddler.

Early on we worked across all types of flooring, but I ended up focusing on carpet repairs after realising two things: it was what I naturally specialised in, and there weren’t many people doing it to a high standard.

10 years on, and thousands of jobs later, we now have a small team and cover Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast

Gunnar brings over 20 years of experience in the flooring industry, with a background spanning everything from hands-on installation through to managing large-scale residential and commercial projects.

He’s worked across all areas of flooring, which gives him a strong understanding of how repairs should be done properly and the broader picture when it comes to all types of flooring.

With Gunnar, you’re getting someone who knows the trade inside out and takes pride in delivering a clean, high-quality result every time.

Angel – Operations Manager

Angel manages the day-to-day operations behind the scenes, keeping everything running smoothly from first contact through to job completion.

He handles customer communication, scheduling, and internal systems, making sure nothing falls through the cracks and every job is organised properly.

With a strong background in business operations, sales, and workflow optimisation, Angel plays a key role in keeping the business efficient, responsive, and easy to deal with for every customer.
